The Freezer 4U-M stands as a multi-compatible server cooler, boasting an expansive contact surface and an enhanced mounting mechanism. It now offers compatibility with a wide range of Intel and AMD server processors, including Intel's LGA 4189 and LGA 4677, as well as AMD's SP6, sTR5, SP3, TR4, sTRX4, and sWRX8 sockets. Remarkably, despite its impressive cooling capabilities, the Freezer 4U consumes a mere 2.88 watts, ensuring exceptional efficiency in cooling even the most powerful processors with up to 64 cores and a TDP of up to 350 watts.
RAM Compatibility and Clearance
The Freezer 4U offers a spacious 53 mm of RAM clearance, allowing for the use of memory sticks with moderate heatsinks. This clearance allows efficient airflow and enables compatibility with different RAM variants.
Compact Design and Dual Socket Compatibility
With an optimised installation height of only 145 mm, it fits into both classic 4U server racks and most consumer 4U cases available on the market. The Freezer 4U features a compact design with dimensions of just 156 x 124 mm. This also makes it suitable for dual-socket motherboards. To adjust the airflow direction if required, the fans can be easily swapped over.
Powerful Fans in Push-Pull Configuration
The installed PWM fans benefit from all the advantages of the award-winning P series. Designed for static pressure, the fans are ideal for the Freezer 4U-M's high fin density and provide efficient heat dissipation in push-pull mode, even in power-hungry applications. Especially office workstations benefit from the quiet fans. The dual configuration also allows for inherent redundancy and protects the system from total shutdown caused by heat.
Designed for continuous operation
Both fans of the Freezer 4U-M are equipped with dual ball bearings, which allows for 24/7 continuous operation without the slightest compromise in performance. This type of bearing is much more resistant to contamination and wear caused by high temperatures than conventional sleeve bearings or Fluid-Dynamic bearings and is therefore the perfect choice if you want to ensure fault-free continuous operation.
Premium Thermal Paste Included
The Freezer 4U-M comes with MX-6 thermal paste. ARCTIC's Ultimate Performance thermal paste reduces the heat build-up between the heat spreader of the CPU and the cooler. The thermal paste is neither conductive nor capacitive and therefore absolutely safe to use.

The ARCTIC Freezer 7 X is a compact CPU cooler with one 92 mm fan. It is multi-compatible with common Intel® and AMD® sockets. It benefits from an improved heatsink design and a reworked heat pipe layout. In conjunction with the fan, which is optimised for high static pressure, ARCTIC has been able to significantly improve the cooling performance of Freezer 7 X.

The Freezer 7 X is compatible with all current desktop sockets from Intel and AMD. By using the mounting frame, simple installation is possible without a need to remove the mainboard.

Longer Lifespan Thanks to its Low Coil Temperature
The Freezer 7 X uses a fan motor newly developed by ARCTIC. This runs less audibly and more efficiently, so that the temperature of the coils is 20 °C lower than with conventional motors. This increases the lifespan of the fans considerably, allowing ARCTIC to grant a 6-year warranty period for the Freezer 7 X.
Offset Heat Pipes Enable Optimal Heat Dissipation
The direct touch heat pipes attached to the Freezer 7 X and an optimised design of the 44 cooling fins together ensure that the heat from the CPU can be ideally removed and released into the air.
More Efficient and Whisper Quiet
In addition to operating more quietly, even at maximum speed, the Freezer 7 X built-in fan motor is also much more efficient. The power consumption was reduced from 0.25 A to 0.07 A, which corresponds to an effective savings of 72 % in power consumption. ARCTIC engineers were also able to reduce the volume by 40 %, allowing the Freezer 7 X to run at a whisper-quiet 0.3 sone when at maximum speed.
10 % More Cooling Capacity with Freezer 7 X
The ARCTIC Freezer 7 X sets new standards in cooling. Compared to its predecessor, a performance increase of almost 10 % could be tested. The thermal resistance stands for the absolute performance of a CPU cooler by indicating the temperature increase per unit of performance. It also represents the cooling performance independent of the processor and is the more accurate alternative to a TDP specification.

Fluid Dynamic Bearing
Thanks to a combination of alloy and lubricant developed in Germany, the friction within the bearing is reduced, leading to greater efficiency. In this way, less heat is generated, there is less bearing noise and the life of the fan is extended.
Direct Touch Heat Pipes
The Freezer 7 X uses direct touch heatpipes. This ensures that the heat to be dissipated is transferred directly to the heatpipes without an additional material layer, and transported into the heatsink via the pipes.

FUTURE-PROOF COMPATIBILITY
At the end of 2022, AMD is expected to release the AM5 socket, the successor to its popular AM4 platform. Because all mechanical dimensions remain identical, we are able to guarantee the compatibility of ARCTIC coolers with AMD's new processors.
Additionally, all coolers shipped by ARCTIC are already compatible with Intel's Alder Lake LGA1700 processors.

OPTIMISED FOR AMD RYZEN
AMD has been using a new multi-die layout for its high-end AM4 processors for a few generations now. In these processors, the hotspot is not centered by the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader). To still allow for optimal heat dissipation, we have developed a special mounting kit for the Liquid Freezer II that allows the cold plate to be placed directly over the hotspot of the CPU. AMD's upcoming 7000 series AM5 processors are also come with multi-die layouts and can therefore benefit from the Liquid Freezer II's unique offset mounting.

And, like the Liquid Freezer II’s fans, the water pump is PWM-controlled and adjusts its speed accordingly. This not only leads to significantly lower noise levels at low and typical loads, but also a much lower power consumption for all components of the AiO.

PREMIUM CLASS RADIATOR
Unlike most all-in-one liquid cooling manufacturers, we rely on 38mm thick radiators with a high fin density. This allows a larger amount of water to be used in the circuit and significantly increases the cooling surface area.
Water has a much higher heat capacity than aluminum or copper. This leads to a slower and an up to 5 °C lower temperature increase in the time-limited turbo mode of modern CPUs.

QUIET VRM FAN
Small fans have the reputation of being particularly loud and not very durable; that’s why we set out to develop a quiet, sturdy diagonal fan especially for the Liquid Freezer II. We’re 100% convinced that this 40 mm fan is just as durable as our other case fans. If the fan doesn’t live up to our claims, our customer service team will send you a replacement free of charge (without you having to replace the entire unit).
The fan is PWM-controlled and can cool your voltage converters and the socket area almost inaudibly by up to 15 °C especially in overclocking scenarios, with insufficient VRM cooling or in cases with low airflow and thus allows continuous high load. Provided there is sufficient VRM cooling, it can be turned off at will.

FANS OPTIMIZED FOR STATIC PRESSURE
The illuminated P-fans are already mounted on the radiator from the factory. During the development of the new P-serie fans, special emphasis was placed on a focused airflow and thus a high static pressure. The fans guarantee extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. Therefore, the P-series fans are particularly suitable for use on heatsinks and radiators.

COMPATIBILITY WITH LGA1700
With the LGA 1700 mounting kit, the entire Liquid Freezer II Series is compatible with Intel's new Alder Lake processors. Even if the socket and heat-spreader are larger compared to the predecessor, the CPU surface has been reduced and remains centered. The Liquid Freezer II cooler completely covers this area. ARCTIC will provide the required mounting kit free of charge to customers who submit proof of purchase of a processor with an LGA 1700 socket.
All Liquid Freezer II models ordered from the webshop already include the LGA1700 mounting kit.

The voltage converters of motherboards often work at their maximum temperature in combination with power-hungry CPUs. To compensate the lack of airflow from a tower cooler, the Liquid Freezer III works with a revised VRM fan. The 60 mm PWM-controlled fan enables almost silent cooling of the socket area when VRM cooling is insufficient, in cases with poor airflow or especially in overclocking scenarios. This enables a continuously higher load and a longer service life for the voltage converters.
Contact Frame for Intel LGA1700 and LGA1851
Intel's Independent Loading Mechanism (ILM) deforms the CPU by pressing it into the socket at two points with over 40 kg. This causes pressure in the PCB, the die and the solder layer between the die and IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader). With high thermal load, this can lead to long-term problems. The patent-pending mounting frame from ARCTIC does not deform the CPU, reduces the mechanical load on the CPU massively, is quick and easy to install and allows the cooler to be screwed onto the CPU's backplate. As a result, mechanical stress on the mainboard and CPU is minimised, cooling performance remains consistent and installation is quick and uncomplicated.

The Liquid Freezer III is equipped with a specially developed PWM-controlled water pump, which has been further optimised in terms of both performance and noise. Thanks to the improved coldplate with an extended fin surface and optimised water pipes, the Liquid Freezer III increases its performance while maintaining quiet operation.

Two connection cables - two control options:Separate regulation: By using the splitter cable with three separate connections, the pump, VRM fan and radiator fan can be controlled independently of each other. This allows, for example, the speed of the VRM fan to be controlled independently of the CPU and to be adjusted analogue to the temperature of the voltage converters via PWM.All-in-One: Like the Liquid Freezer II, this allows the entire unit to be controlled via a single connection, whereby the speed of the radiator fans is output. The pump, VRM and radiator fans can therefore be easily controlled via a single PWM setting.
Native AMD Offset Mounting
For several generations, AMD has been using a multi-die chiplet design for its Ryzen desktop processors. Unlike Intel CPUs, the hotspot on these processors is not located centrally under the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader), but is slightly offset. The AMD mounting solution therefore has a 5 mm offset in order to achieve optimum heat dissipation.
Improved Radiator Design
The cooling surface of the 38 mm thick radiator has been extended by 23 % by increasing the fin stack. This not only enables improved heat dissipation, but also a larger liquid volume. Consequently, the heat build-up in the water cooling system is slowed down and power and temperature peaks can be effectively managed over a longer period of time.
High Static Pressure
ARCTIC relies on the well-proven P fans, which have already received several awards for their outstanding performance. The P series is particularly suitable for use on heat sinks and radiators with a high fin density. Thanks to their high static pressure, they achieve significantly better results compared to fans designed for high air circulation.
Limited Compatibility with Few Motherboards
Some motherboards are incompatible with the Liquid Freezer III due to oversized SSD coolers in the M.2_1 slot. We provide a suitable M.2 cooler free of charge for affected motherboards.

For several generations, AMD has been using a multi-die chiplet design for its Ryzen desktop processors. Unlike Intel CPUs, the hotspot on these processors is not located centrally under the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader), but is slightly offset. The AMD mounting solution therefore has a 5 mm offset in order to achieve optimum heat dissipation.
Improved Radiator Design
The cooling surface of the 38 mm thick radiator has been extended by 23 % by increasing the fin stack. This not only enables improved heat dissipation, but also a larger liquid volume. Consequently, the heat build-up in the water cooling system is slowed down and power and temperature peaks can be effectively managed over a longer period of time.
High Static Pressure
ARCTIC relies on the well-proven P fans, which have already received several awards for their outstanding performance. The P series is particularly suitable for use on heat sinks and radiators with a high fin density. Thanks to their high static pressure, they achieve significantly better results compared to fans designed for high air circulation.
Limited Compatibility with Few Motherboards
Some motherboards are incompatible with the Liquid Freezer III due to oversized SSD coolers in the M.2_1 slot. We provide a suitable M.2 cooler free of charge for affected motherboards.
Addressable LEDs for all Requirements
ARCTIC uses standardised 3-pin cables instead of proprietary connectors. This not only ensures compatibility with most lighting systems for motherboards, cases, controllers and accessories, but also enables software-based control with the most common control programmes. The daisy-chain function also ensures that each LED can display an individual colour at any time, offering countless combination options for every preference.
Wide Range of Variants
The Liquid Freezer III offers outstanding cooling performance in four different sizes and three variants. While the Black version is completely black, the A-RGB versions are available in black or white and have digitally addressable lighting for the pump head and radiator fans. With radiator sizes of 240, 360, 280 and 420, the Liquid Freezer III offers the ideal combination of performance, technology and design for everyone!
