How do I get my phone(s) back to you?
On our recycling site SEARCH, for your phone and provide details of its status and condition. We will then offer you a price for your phone. If you choose the option to Sell Now, a recycling pack to you for returning your phone.
Alternatively, you can call our recycling team on 0330 1180686, choosing option 2.
Ordering was easy and the delivery was fast. My credit card was holding the payment from its own issue (not the Clove side), but the Clove website said that the payment was not done, which gave me a relief to know that it was not paid double. The Clove website had lots of details such as specifications of the phone, so it was reliable.

(1) Not too big and cumbersome compared to many newer Smart Phone designs. (2) Pin sharp display with good maximum brightness level.
(3) Simple single camera with easy intuitive controls.

(6) Battery condition icon at the top of screen is too small to be seen easily
