Eletta Explore comes with 2 carafes, LatteCrema Hot and Latte Crema Cool, to prepare delicious hot and cold milk drinks. LatteCrema is also ideal for plant-based drinks: soy, oat and almond.
With the new Cold Extraction Technology you can get Cold Brew on-demand, in under 3 min.
The water bypasses the heating unit reaching the brewing chamber at ambient temperature. The brewing process is characterised by the pulsing pattern of the pump and uses low pressure with coffee being extracted drop by drop, similar to drip extraction.
