The 6620 has a 2.8-inch full-colour QVGA display with large fonts, which make it easy to read. It is also possible to easily adjust the size of the font on the screen to your needs.

Sound is loud and clear with compatibility with HD voice certification, along with Hearing Aid compatibility (T3/M3), so you can always enjoy a conversation.

An assistance button on the back of the 6620 can be programmed to make a call or text to a selection of pre-set number(s) when held down. This can be used in the event of a fall or other emergency if the phone is in reach.
